| The FRANCHISE AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES EXPO 2006 (FBOE), which took place at Gallagher Estate, Midrand, from 7 – 10 September 2006, was a resounding success according to organisers Thebe Exhibitions. The expo, which is an annual event, attracted more than 10,500 visitors this year. Exhibitors who participated at the FBOE are full of praise for this year’s event. MERIT ICT took advantage of the opportunity by lanching the MERIT ICT Services Franchise. "We were pleasantly surprised by the interest shown and the great number of quality leads that were generated as a result of the EXPO," said Lex Pienaar COO of this newly formed enterprise. MERIT ICT is targeting existing successful ICT companies and also ICT professionals who have a track record in this very technical environment who are looking to start their own businesses.
